Cons

Stnas get treated like crap. The supervisors focus more on your flaws then they do on your strengths. The female workers are bullies. No one follows the rules. They do two person transfers alone. The residents decline quickly because of the poor care given.

It was a great place to work when it was Menorah Park. Expectations were high, but the care provided was exceptional.

Cons

Very high expectations, which is a pro and a con. Once sold, it has not been the same.
