Pros

Decent pay and opportunities to learn. Free stna classes.

Cons

Very stuck up management. Feels like walking on pins and needles. Ghetto coworkers. Competition created in the sense that no one will help each other out and they will throw you under a bus immediately. Place is kept on a tight schedule I appreciate that but it was vet hard to keep up. New employees float around a lot which makes it hard to get a routine and then they will get mad at you for not having a set routine even if you've never been on the unit

It was a great place to work when it was Menorah Park. Expectations were high, but the care provided was exceptional.

Cons

Very high expectations, which is a pro and a con. Once sold, it has not been the same.
