You're really making a difference + Great benefits + Innovative solutions - at the front line of developing new solutions for how to work in complex states. It's very exciting to be in an environment looking for the answers. Good focus on agency-wide learning + Respectful of vacation time and leave

Cons

Not many. Hard to find promotion opportunities at the lower level - the organization is very focused on open positions, so there tends to be movement in and out as people wait for an appropriate role.

It’s a very tough time to be in ID but MC continues to stay afloat and is trying to pivot in this new landscape. I maintain the staff that’s still here is some of the best of the best, everyone really cares and continues to challenge me and push our programs to do better.

Cons

Outlook is uncertain given donor environment. No real opportunities for professional growth. Ongoing RIFs and loss of talented staff.
