I have worked for Mercy for over 10 years. The culture of the whole Mercy Ministry is unlike any other. all co-workers have a voice and are encouraged to share it. Leaders go through extensive training to provider education on how to Lead rather than be a boss. Mercy is strongly tied to their history and founding nearly 200 years ago.
