Pros

Competitive Pay, Safe/Stable Industry, Good Benefits They took a chance on me - when I had little experience, they trained me into my current employment field - which I love and am extremely grateful for.

Cons

Where do I start? Everyone that starts there is happy and by the time you leave you are extremely unhappy or at the very least become so desensitized by the bureaucratic BS at this company that you become a drone - people walk around trying to keep themselves busy to avoid the next tirade. Advancement comes only to those that have no families and can endure the verbal abuse put on them by their superiors.

I worked with a number of good, talented peers.

Cons

During my time with the company, there was significant organizational turmoil. Senior leadership often seemed disconnected from the day-to-day realities faced by employees, resulting in the push for software migrations before the products and processes were fully ready. Teams were understaffed, which placed additional pressure on employees, and the software lacked many features and enhancements needed for successful implementations. To the company's credit, many of these issues were eventually addressed, but not until after the departure of several talented and experienced employees.
