Pros

Not one thing would be considered a pro

Cons

I’m so shocked that I’m still here. It’s like a bad relationship that you keep thinking may get better. All the time you invest and you think maybe it accounts for something. Everyone had faith and high hopes in the new CEO. There was excitement! There was hope for a better future! There was hope that our careers had not been stifled for no reason. But alas, more disappointment. We heard he was smart and fair and believed in “transparency.” Transparency is being truthful with yourself and others and acknowledging you have a problem; and perhaps making a bold statement with your C-level. Making a statement that they are just as accountable, if not more than everyone else. Just one would make all the difference in the world, even though they all deserve to be escorted out with a parade or party for the loyal employees they abuse on the daily. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to be him and what this organization will do for his reputation. He has an opportunity to earn trust from his employees, but apparently, he will continue to put his faith in the incompetent C-Suite. A C-Suite of people who say “I don’t know” more than they offer a solution to any daily challenge. A C-Suite that can’t make a decision to save their own lives because they don’t want to be held accountable for a decision. Just read the reviews going back more than a decade and you’ll realize this is not a place you want to hang your hat. The executive staff has no clue who they work for. Co-ops don’t care about their inflated egos or their titles. Our members are the best and they deserve better than this circus. They are realizing it too and it’s clear because of the mass exodus happening. It’s a shame too because the potential is really here. All eyes are on you, Chris! * Your C-Suite is abusive and toxic * Your employees are literally ill on Sunday nights * Burnout and exhaustion is this norm * Gossip (primarily from the executive staff) is rampant * HR complaints seemingly don’t matter * Your managers don’t staff and keep adding on workload and pressure to increase the bottom line * You offer no training but expect excellence * None of this matters because they’ll keep getting away with it until you have no company left

Pros

I worked with a number of good, talented peers.

Cons

During my time with the company, there was significant organizational turmoil. Senior leadership often seemed disconnected from the day-to-day realities faced by employees, resulting in the push for software migrations before the products and processes were fully ready. Teams were understaffed, which placed additional pressure on employees, and the software lacked many features and enhancements needed for successful implementations. To the company's credit, many of these issues were eventually addressed, but not until after the departure of several talented and experienced employees.
