      Pros

      Flexible, work is always available and makes the day go fast, high starting salary.

      Cons

      Minimal work from home policy, constant expectations to work over 40 hours with minimal bonuses or opportunities to be reimbursed for that work, leadership is not willing to innovate easily, changes in structure for the better are hard to make unless you have the ear of a "C-Level" supervisor.

Our organization is working on a work from home policy for Case Management and it is hopeful that this will be ready to roll out in the next few weeks.       Caseloads too high, almost always doing coverage, offices too full and never really clean
