Higher than average base pay

Cons

Poor and often unresponsive management teams, commonly sets employees up to fail, pushes the limits of job responsibilities and often asking subordinates to do jobs assigned to management. Incredibly poor communication on a daily basis. Takes advantage of all salary employees, often making them work additional hours with little to no compensation, 24/7 on call hours, and their system ensures it is impossible to maintain a healthy work/life balance. 0/10 do not take any sort of management or salary position.

Supervision, MSSA, licensing help, flexible schedule

Cons

Caseloads too high, almost always doing coverage, offices too full and never really clean
