Wages do not reflect the HUGE amount of profit made by this company that is second in line to Disney. Also wages differ substantially from attraction to attraction even though the roles are often exactly the same and the money all ends up in the same pot. For the low pay there is also quite a lot asked of you and you are often expected to go above and beyond the call of duty with little reward. Also the targets are often ridiculously high and there is little incentive to beat them!!
