Pros
Great Crews, Smaller airline means less employees (basically more of a family type of feeling whenever you come to work), Some Layover Destinations.
Cons
Pay is lowest in industry. Flight attendants at $55 per flight hour are currently fighting for more. You only get paid for flight time. (You could literally make $20 in a day by doing one flight. It's that bad here),Management doesn't care (they get tax breaks for every new Flight Attendant through their "revolving door" as most like to call it. No incentive to stay and they don't want you to, shortest layovers, constant junior assignments (you can hold a line but are constantly called to fly another 2 flights because they don't have enough flight attendants to cover. Aka their revolving door will slowly come to a stop as they see more and more FA's leaving due to poor word of mouth., flying 110 hours a month MIGHT get you approx a $1,000 check on the 16th of the month (biggest paycheck). The 1st of the month you get around $600 if you're lucky., the list goes on and on but I'll save that for my review.
