•They do not pay you during training. Your rewarded $100 gift cards after every week you complete (3 gift cards in total. It's best you save those for after you graduate & your relocated to your base)
•If you fail an exam, you get one opportunity for a retake and it can't be anything below 85% (if I'm not mistaken) if it's below the requirement you will be pulled out of the class (in front of everyone) & sent home
•Once you graduate you are relocated to where ever your base is (flight & hotel provided & paid for) once you finish your IOE which is basically your "inflight" exam your officially a FA. Your hotel will no longer be paid for & it's your responsibility to find a place to live. (options/prices are explained in training) If you relocated in a state you don't live in/don't know anyone in you have the option to commute (which isn't recommended) or to live in a shared hotel room (hotel room with bunk beds shared with other flight attendants).
•Commuting is almost impossible. If you want to use your benefits to travel most likely you won't be able to get a seat. You are the last priority, you only get a seat if someone misses the flight. If they show up last minute you will be escorted off & put on the list for the next flight (yes there's always a 50% of this happening)
•If you decide to go through with this career make sure you have money saved or someone that can help you financially until you get on your feet. You won't be paid throughout training but still have to manage to feed yourself, pay for toiletries, & pay for somewhere to live in your base after graduation) if your not commuting)
