Pros

Financially sound, employee health clinic, fair pay, great coworkers at times. Working with the kids is a great experience.

Cons

Certain principals are promoted more for how they look or how they brown nose. They take over campuses with an agenda and eliminate anyone who doesn't fit that agenda, regardless of how good of an employee that person is.

Received a lot of support from admin and development in regards to content and class management.

Cons

Health benefits were expensive but that’s most districts.

The school o worked at had some teachers who cared very deeply.

Cons

Most teachers were just there to check boxes. Learning felt like a secondary goal compared to passing tests.
