Pros
This was my first opportunity to teach after graduating from college. I was looking forward to a rewarding career in teaching small children since that had been my lifetime dream.
Cons
I was disapointed at the lack of support I recieved and the constant push to achieve high test scores. This ISD is not set up to onboard new teachers.
