They want to see you grow, and they will provide you with every possible mean to do so. . They have your back if your clients are terrible and are too demanding These are a few of the greatest things about Metova. A note of advice, if you are easily insulted and can't take criticism very well..Metova might not be for you. If you suck at your job, they will tell you bluntly, but that doesn't mean they won't greatly go out of their way to try to help you become better.

The goal of the company can seem to be shifting more towards Profits than their motto "Creating a great place to work." . The Franklin office feels almost like a frat house sometimes, especially the second floor. Dirty, random junk everywhere, and just crammed devs into wherever an open spot is.
