Pros
The company is a good size and fit if you are looking to accelerate your career - "big" enough to have a large and experienced leadership team, mature business practices, stability... while still "small" enough that you will be recognized by top level management and you can increase skills and responsibilities much faster than you would at the "big guys" Culture is great - employees are open and collaborative, and there are a number of company-organized events each week to promote a healthy lifestyle and work-life balance As long as you're meeting your job responsibilities, your supervisor and leadership will trust you and give you freedom - the unlimited PTO policy is a good example of this
Cons
Now that the company is getting larger and spanning more geographic areas, many of the cultural pros mentioned above that make the company great for HQ and DC area employees are slower to translate to the newer locations Like any government contractor, getting started on a new project can take a while as you wait for badges, granting access, clearances etc.
