• Read your contract before you sign on ( fine print, MTS Board can terminate you whenever, especially before you’re vested) • Don’t expect a promotion (promises of one keep you motivated) • Don’t trust HR (they are ONLY there to protect management and preferred employees) • Document all • No recognition
