Full time employee - Mechanical Engineer Mettler-Toledo Employee Review

Yikes, this is where things get weird. Parking, be careful, you will be towed by the company for being parked in specific areas. They will gloat and post pictures across the company's email of your car being towed. Again weird, walking in the staircase. If you are on your phone, they will give you a final written warning for safety procedure violation. With that in mind, 5S, which eerily looks like SS, is taken to the extreme. If the work area isn't to someone's standard, again, they will email blast it to everyone. It seems like a strategic bullying tactic. They use shame and humiliation to get the results they are working towards. Community is non-existent. They specifically condemn employees from communicating anything outside of work. They don't allow anyone to post information on community events, activities, or gatherings. Word of mouth communication isn't openly stopped from my experience. You don't have to worry about your valuables, because there are cameras watching you at all times, inside and outside of the building. Back to the parking..... they are watching.
