- Salary is not competitive for location, if you work here and have moved here post covid you cannot afford to purchase a home guranteed. - If bonus goals are acheived the next year the goals will be comically inflated with no additional resources provided. In my case after my first year I literally have to provide record levels of revenue to even get close to a bonus. With salary low already it isnt a sound strategy for retention to punish good performance. - Complete lack of applications knowlege as it pertains to the equipment being sold. Good information virtually non existent on the sales and even applications side of the house. - Company offers many extra programs and incentives if you are anything but a white man. Women get training oppurtunities as do minorities. They have incentives to put people in management based on their appearance and gender. Doesnt sound like a good long term strategy to me .
