      None I can think of.

      Mettler Toledo is a racist company with fraternity culture from top to down. The managers are 95% white males and 4.5% white females. Of course white males enjoy the fraternity comparing 100% of people like themselves. They like to go to Panera Bread (next to the garage of the Columbus office) for morning coffee together, chatting about their golf games in the boss’ back yard together. White female managers only compliment other white female’s work and often criticize minorities colleagues (of course below them) out of the blue. Mettler Toledo is a Fascist concentration camp for anyone not white. The company name should be White-Centered Mettler Toledo!

      Pros

      Close to home. Flexible hours, Can run my business from home and work at the same time. No one really cares what you do when you work from home. Just need to keep your manager happy, Attended a few meeting till the day i retired

      Cons

      The salary is below market. If you are an old timer like me you are put at the bottom of the list. Very biased to certain ethnic community. HR is very biased and ignorant specially the person incharge. Any questions you ask them 100% of the time you will not hear back. Too many people milking the system, I was one of them. Management does not have a plan on how to fix the broken systems as they keep on hiring incompitent people. When they hire good people they leave as no support for new ideas or changes that would make it efficient
