Pros

Great Product top of the line Pipettes.

Cons

Management is micro-managing and lack of autonomy! Stagnant environment, no room for career growth. Commission are at times held back and not accurately distributed. Tons of Back-Order, slow shipment to customers, most accounts are frustrated with their orders. Constantly loosing customers.

Pros

Close to home. Flexible hours, Can run my business from home and work at the same time. No one really cares what you do when you work from home. Just need to keep your manager happy, Attended a few meeting till the day i retired

Cons

The salary is below market. If you are an old timer like me you are put at the bottom of the list. Very biased to certain ethnic community. HR is very biased and ignorant specially the person incharge. Any questions you ask them 100% of the time you will not hear back. Too many people milking the system, I was one of them. Management does not have a plan on how to fix the broken systems as they keep on hiring incompitent people. When they hire good people they leave as no support for new ideas or changes that would make it efficient
