Pros
Many among the team are from various industries or with various professional background/experience making work environment full of different assets. As the company is growing fast, both in number but also in innovation, you will have no time to rest on your laurels... but on the other side, one of the company's value is to balance your work/social life in good manner so no panic!
Cons
I would not consider this as a drawback but rather as a minimum skillset: by joining a startup company, one's should come with abilities such as self-learning, adaptability to changes (systems, structures, softwares...) and positives energy :-) The salary is a lower than other position in tech companies though but you will meet halfway with other benefits offered by the office (snacks, coffee machine, unlimited holidays, flexibility office/home office...)
