Mews was born in Prague in 2012 with one goal: to make life easier for hoteliers and guests. Our founder, Richard Valtr, started it as an experiment in automation, and was soon joined by CEO, Matthijs Welle – both former hoteliers who knew firsthand what wasn't working. What started in a room small enough to fit the whole team has become a platform powering thousands of properties across 85+ countries and counting.
