3yHi there and thank you for sharing your review and experiences with the world. I'm truly sorry to read what kind of experience you've had at Mews. If there's one thing we do not allow at Mews, under any circumstance, it's toxic behaviour in the workplace. The fact that you experienced just that, is something we regret enormously. You mentioned there's lots of unnecessary drama due to ego's and a lack of experience, I'm sorry you feel this way too. As for our average age, I checked and it's 34 years old (november '22).
With regards to having to sleep, breathe and eat Mews 24/7, if there's one thing we put a lot of effort and resources to, it's our work-life balance. You must have experienced this too, when you were employed at Mews. To mitigate the pressure that sometimes comes with working in a fast paced, rapidly scaling tech company like Mews, we offer unlimited paid holidays, Wellness Wednesday once a month, yoga classes and a whole suite of benefits and perks designed to improve the wellness and wellbeing of our employees. We feel that in fact, if there's a place to grow and build a career fast (like you mentioned yourself), Mews is that place. We like to think of our company as a meritocracy, where effort and achievement are valued and rewarded highest.
Yes, we work hard but that comes with a lot of opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills. We have big ambitions but that never get in the way of giving feedback whenever you feel things can be improved. Our leadership team always has their (virtual) doors open to call or write directly, they genuinely care and all want to make this the greatest company to work at.
