I don't know where to start the bad things about this company at the development level...The level of development is mediocre. They don't have any Microsoft MVPs nor do they have much experience in Azure. This leads to an even bigger problem... they are faithful defenders of managing a monolith for the entire application instead of making a system in microservices, making the application very slow in all aspects. They never let you see Azure, in fact if you want to learn Azure this is NOT your company. Any consulting firm learns much better and has better code quality.
You can't use linq, you have to use a library called "funcsharp" that someone made back in the day and is the anti-pattern in every sense. Run away from that.
There is an IT department that is in charge of managing everything, which is why it is impossible to extract it to microservices because to do so everyone would have to know about IT and they don't feel like having a multidisciplinary culture. In the middle of 2023 they are testing Azure Services Bus and continue to defend that it is not the optimal tool, that it is best to continue using a monolith with a number of tables, classes in a solution in visual studio that there is no way to get it... The CTO has no experience in real systems, it is his first or second job and it is believed that the monolith is the best solution, which is why it is impossible, actively or passively, to change the way of working.
They say they work in Aguile but it is not true, the tasks are not estimated or refined, absolutely nothing is done, they simply give you a semi-empty tour ticket with a title... honestly it is not worth entering this company unless you are desperate.
If you want to stagnate technologically for life, work on a project where there are 100 people playing at the same time, where you don't work in aguile and then no company wants to hire you, go ahead.
