Too much gossip and hanging out, not enough work actually getting done, which leads to others having to pick up slack despite teamwork being so heavily discussed. Quick turnover. Contradicting management. Horrible communication between ALL employees, including management. The kitchen staff runs the show. If you don't show them kindness or respect, they will mess up your food on purpose. No real career advancement. A lot of talk about letting you move between roles but not actually allowing it. A lot of favoritism from management. Inconsistent scheduling.
