Not the best place to work! - Server/Waiter Mi Cocina Employee Review

To begin with, some managers at Mi Cocina are really bad at managing the business. I don't know how they got that position because they lack of professionalism and respect. They often think they are right at doing their job and do not consider employees opinions. It is hard to get along with some managers because they do not like to tell them the true about any situation where opinions matters. Some managers would not give you the food discount the company offers in the job description.
