Pros

Excellent pay. Projects are interesting and allow for leadership opportunities, if you are allowed by management to take them.

Cons

Management does not seem to hold much respect for their subordinates, as decisions about an employee's work are frequently made without their knowledge or input. An opaque hierarchy and closed communication channels leave lower-level employees feeling disenfranchised. Poor camaraderie due to the "hybrid" environment (most workers are remote).

Challenging work, interesting projects and flexibility with working remote/hybrid schedule

Cons

Not enough senior level engineers to properly teach you. A lot of reviews of others calculations/work are expected to only receive "high level" reviews. Discrepancy of pay amongst team. Higher pay wasn't distributed to hard working employees with experience, based more on who said the right things even when all their work had to be completed by others.
