Not enough senior level engineers to properly teach you. A lot of reviews of others calculations/work are expected to only receive "high level" reviews. Discrepancy of pay amongst team. Higher pay wasn't distributed to hard working employees with experience, based more on who said the right things even when all their work had to be completed by others.
