Pros

Family first is motto, great moral, treats employees great, and plenty of company events to grow with fellow employees, very flexible on time off and scheduling

Cons

Some managers are stuck in their ways and don't help you grow, and unless you speak up you will not stand out

Pros

Challenging work, interesting projects and flexibility with working remote/hybrid schedule

Cons

Not enough senior level engineers to properly teach you. A lot of reviews of others calculations/work are expected to only receive "high level" reviews. Discrepancy of pay amongst team. Higher pay wasn't distributed to hard working employees with experience, based more on who said the right things even when all their work had to be completed by others.
