Good Foot in the door - Intern Michael Baker International Employee Review

I wish I could have gone to the field site and see the work I was doing put into action. It is nice meeting other people in the industry, networking with them, and learning from other people outside of Michael Baker. There were sometimes when I felt that I did not have the knowledge base to complete tasks I was assigned and I was looked down for it. I am a competent person and am here to learn. Sometimes some of the other employees need to be more patient with new interns.
