Definitely has a lot of resources but not for everyone. 1- Lack of organized payment scale, depends on your negotiation and urgency of the project, some people had more experience getting less money than other people with less experience on the same rank. 2- Weak salary in comparison to other engineering firms 3- No cultural or family atmosphere, boring group of people 4- Not learning anything just there to do the work. Opportunity to grow in weak 5- No one listen to the employees and take their feedback, local managers deal like as if they are the owners, majority of the managers I dealt with were very rude and unprofessional 6- Mentorship is huge issue in Michael Baker most of the managers dump the work on you and they don’t have time to let you know what are they expecting. 7- Very high turnover, no stability, people go their as a hotel until finding another opportunity. 8- Weak bonuses for the employees, good for the managers If you find another company go for it since definitely this is not a place to learn and grow
