Little to no direction or mentorship from direct supervisor. Communication is poor to non-existent... often not hearing of issues or problems until it is too late. Toxic work environment rife with favoritism. Not as "flexible" of a schedule as they claim. Any advanced communication or direction was seen as "hand-holding". Health insurance/ benefits were decent but could be better. No sick time.
