Pros
The only positive thing that came from my experience with this company was that I quit in order to go back to college and finish my degree. My awful experience here strongly motivated this important life change.
Cons
We were made to work off the clock, with the understanding that if we made a complaint to the relevant authorities, we would be out of a job. There were rarely enough people scheduled in a shift and it was often impossible to get everything finished that we were supposed to do. (This is when we would be told to go clock out and keep working.) Management would consistently schedule me on the only day I had to have off. I made it clear before I was hired that I needed Tuesdays off for frequent doctor appointments due to ongoing medical issues. Lo and behold, I would frequently get scheduled and then yelled at when I kept explaining to them it wasn't possible for me to ever work on Tuesdays. Zero sick days. I had the stomach flu and had started throwing up about halfway through an 8 hour shift. I was told I couldn't go home. Having to continue working that day as sick as I was, was inhumane. I ended up handing in my two weeks notice shortly after.
