Pros
The pay is good for a part-time job, however, you do not work many hours. Coworkers are fun and the atmosphere is fun for someone who enjoys crafting. Sort-of flexible on hours, however you must be able to work on weekends when traffic is higher.
Cons
There is a reason this company is always hiring. People are constantly quitting because they cannot get enough hours. Another downfall is that management stresses email collection too much. Yes, emails and marketing are important for a business, however if a customer does not want to provide an email, nothing a cashier can say will make them give it out. Employees are constantly being compared to each other on their email collections and are sometimes publicly humiliated (in front of customers and coworkers) when they do not get enough emails. Managers made the employees cry a few times after being disciplined over email scores when in reality, it is based upon luck.
