Pros

Leadership has mastered keeping everyone in the dark and they're really good at favoritism.

Cons

Favoritism between female employees and mid management, Working remotely or flex hours depends on if you are male or female, new hires are brought on for their "personality" rather than skills, ZERO training program and you're expected to know everything, highly competent employees are seen as a threat or overworked rather than being supported and valued, Management displays insecurity such as emotional volatility which contributes to unstable and unsafe working environments, communication is poor, instructions are changed mid process without clear or timely notice, expectations are inconsistently communicated. Mico-management of simple assignments and undermining project leadership by excluding key parties from decision making, management responds to questions with " figure it out " or " you're a liability " and is upset when the assignment doesn't match expectations. Speaking up about miscommunication is often seen as insubordination.

Pros

Been in business over 100 years. Room for continues learning and career growth. Many various job opportunities with job stability. Family & values oriented.

Cons

Little behind on new job trends, but I see progress. New employee training can be a bit rushed.

Pros

The Board of Directors were a great team to work with and for.

Cons

Where to start… The benefits were terrible for a family or expanding family. Management is an absolute mess. There’s no clear communication between them leaving those who work under them severely in the dark. They question your hard work when you work after hours often. Additionally, the lack of care for the individual as a human blows my mind.
