Forced overtime. Sometimes just before you punch out you get stuck with an additional 8 hours on your shift for a total of 16. And scheduled overtime of 16 hour shifts 4 days a week if your unlucky, or more if your really unlucky.

The Board of Directors were a great team to work with and for.

Cons

Where to start… The benefits were terrible for a family or expanding family. Management is an absolute mess. There’s no clear communication between them leaving those who work under them severely in the dark. They question your hard work when you work after hours often. Additionally, the lack of care for the individual as a human blows my mind.
