The upper management only care about the doctors and the happiness of the physicians. They will always value it over you and despite how much money they pull in, only give you 35-50 cent raises. If you want to grow within the company, you have to push and push and push-but even then, it wont work and they tell you "sometimes you have to just do all the work and go above and beyond, until someone notices and you get the chance." Basically, they want you to put in extra work and hours, without being compensated, and keep you at a lower tier position so they don't have to increase your pay. Never felt more uncared for.
