Cons
Upper management is clueless. They have dollar signs in their eyes and regularly push staff to the edge in their effort to increase productivity as cheaply as possible. This company is rapidly expanding without the proper staffing. If you don't mind being run into the ground, this is the place for you. The individuals making the highest salary have no idea what goes in to running the offices, but they spend an awful lot of time micro managing. I left this company after being underappreciated and unheard. You can work in a hospital and have a better quality of life for the same pay rate. Spare yourself the stress and exhaustion. Do not apply for any support staff position at this practice (RT, MA, front desk, etc).
