Pros
-Okay starting pay -Friendly immediate supervisors -Easy to use system -Good teamwork oriented culture, lots of help for new reps -Realistic goals and measured stats -Positive reinforcement and great coaching when failing to meet goals -Quarterly bonuses to reward top performers -Strong emphasis on Customer Service over internal metrics. The goal of every interaction is to provide the best experience possible. Management doesn't just say this, they coach it and encourage it at every possibility.
Cons
-Shift bid means you get stuck with shifts you don't want sometimes -Company has a bit of a culture issue where bringing up shortcomings is met with resistance or indignance -Hostile customers -Recurring system downtime and issues with internal tools not working -Training system has transitioned to entirely digital, very hands-off and left to "trial by fire" for most rep education -You will end up working Christmas, Christmas Eve, or Thanksgiving every year pretty much guaranteed -New product launches since I've started have all been absolute disasters. -----Repeated issues with new products to the point where two of them have been removed completely. -An overall failure to beta test launches. This encompasses everything from internal tool updates and website updates to customer facing services like Smart Home, Freestyle WiFi, and MidcoTV. Numerous issues with everything new and seems to have a "ship it and patch it later" mentality when it comes to software development.
