Pros
This is a newer company which has its pros and cons. One thing I love is that this company invests in those who invest in the company. I've had many of my ideas implemented and felt very supported by upper management. As long as you are a hard worker that respects management, everything is usually fine. the employees are definitely the biggest Pro. I work with some of the most amazing coworkers. They all support each other, goof off with each other, and push each other. Absolutely love the people I work with.
Cons
Management can be strict and expects everyone's best work. When that is not given, they typically give a warning and try to help the employee improve. This definitely is a job that requires a thick skin and can take criticism. It is a company that is constantly growing, so there are some growing pains with that. You need to be flexible when working here because there is always something being changed or adapted.
