Huge factories in China, cheap labors to achieve economy of scale

Cons

No future, no career growth, no long term strategies to grow Midea brand, very Chinese mindset, Cannot get into top accounts, such as Bestbuy, Home Depot, Lowes, PC Rich, even Sears

New building Free snacks and coffee Unlimited PTO

Cons

No diversity PTO will be used against you. Don't come here if you are experienced. Young, inexperienced and arrogant are promoted who have nothing to offer other than ignorance 😔 KPI is a wasted effort. Growth is non-existent Don't fall for "Research" center. It is misleading. You will be launching subpar products. Dog and pony show gets noticed.
