Any sales success is only because selling cheap Chinese products, not because of innovation. Director is only coasting waiting for retirement - has no interest in making the working conditions better.

Cons

No diversity PTO will be used against you. Don't come here if you are experienced. Young, inexperienced and arrogant are promoted who have nothing to offer other than ignorance 😔 KPI is a wasted effort. Growth is non-existent Don't fall for "Research" center. It is misleading. You will be launching subpar products. Dog and pony show gets noticed.
