Pros
The employees and focus on innovation. The benefits were pretty good, although most people were overworked and didn't partake in the "unlimited but not really" vacation. Did a good job at professional development and had significant influence on designs.
Cons
I was hired on during COVID with promises of what the remote work policies would be upon return to "normal". I discovered my manager was intentionally misleading me and when they returned to a terrible work-life balance he started gaslighting me and went from nice to treating me like an enemy. They liked to emphasize the "Family Culture" which is a huge red flag. Most people there are from GE and bring some weird big-corporate culture with them. The rest of management was a bit weird. I was warned to "not cuss in front of the VP". I guess he was very religious which isn't my jam. Glad I left and got with a much more chill company that respects me.
