Pros

Work from home if they actually go through with their offer.

Cons

This company extended an offer to me with a signed offer letter, sent me a uniform and computer and then rescinded the offer AFTER I had already quit my job due to claims of low patient numbers. Meanwhile, they continue to advertise all the funding they are receiving on Instagram. No morals here and no respect for women or Nurse Practitioners.

Pros

Meaningful work helping women through menopause and weight management. Fully remote position with flexible scheduling. The mission is rewarding, and there are opportunities to develop expertise in women's health.

Cons

Compensation is below market for experienced nurse practitioners. There is no 401(k) match, and the health insurance benefits are disappointing, including limited coverage for the company's own services. Frequent provider turnover results in patients being reassigned multiple times, disrupting continuity of care. Very short appointment slots and increasing productivity demands prioritize quantity over quality, making it difficult to build therapeutic relationships, provide comprehensive care, and earn bonus incentives.
