Pros

Remote work/ new company growth opportunities

Cons

Awful management. Management has zero accountability. Entire team is misguided and then reprimanded. Favoritism and internal promotions are not based on qualifications. Management does not listen to feedback and doesn’t seem to want departmental growth.

Pros

Meaningful work helping women through menopause and weight management. Fully remote position with flexible scheduling. The mission is rewarding, and there are opportunities to develop expertise in women's health.

Cons

Compensation is below market for experienced nurse practitioners. There is no 401(k) match, and the health insurance benefits are disappointing, including limited coverage for the company's own services. Frequent provider turnover results in patients being reassigned multiple times, disrupting continuity of care. Very short appointment slots and increasing productivity demands prioritize quantity over quality, making it difficult to build therapeutic relationships, provide comprehensive care, and earn bonus incentives.
