I have joined MCM Encore 3 month back and at the time of interview i am little bit nervous but when i start talking with HR (Lagan Saluja) i feel more comfortable and It was one of the best onbroading experience in my whole career. They really given me warm welcome. HR Team is really amazing, before joining there HR (Lagan Saluja) sent some awesome welcome sapling(Lucky Bambu Tree) and welcome greeting card and encore branded pen to my home, really a wonderful geature and very helpful. HR (Lagan Saluja) very supportive and professional during hiring process as well as easily approachable and helpful even after joining. Once you joined You will not feel Boring going office every day. You will feel like home because company will give you work life balance.
