Decent benefits and PTO, business casual work attire, paid holidays including floating holidays

Cons

Work culture is horrible. A lot of favoritism and bullying occurs on the floor. Computer systems are always down and it doesn't seem like most people know how to do their job. Not enough ways to advance in the company.

Similar feedback to yours has aided in the implementation of our new meeting guidelines across the organization to help get leaders and others out of meetings and back onto the floor. We also strive to have great leaders and have put a large focus on leadership development this year, which will continue. We want all of our employees to feel that they are being treated with respect and fairness, and to know that we have a variety of channels to gather feedback.
