The health and safety of our employees is a clear priority during this time. More and more employees across our locations each day are being asked to work from home as part of a proactive measure and/or in compliance with state or local mandates. Senior leaders have been present in the office at each site in an effort to support quick decision-making until state or local mandates state otherwise. We started first with those employees who were readily equipped to work from home, and in parallel, have been procuring and/or shipping equipment to other employees to begin to set them up to work from home.
