no pros that out weigh the cons. nothing is worth how terribly this company treats you.

Cons

This is the biggest joke of a company I have ever worked for. They like to say they care about their employees but they absolutely do not. You are 100% replaceable in their eyes so they do not care about you. there is a huge disconnect of communcation at every single level in this company. they never make you feel appreciated and expect you to come into work if you're on your death bed

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have received positive feedback from employees on our frequent company-wide communications and check-in surveys which focus on mental health and wellness. We encourage all employees to provide feedback at any time by connecting with their local leaders or HR Business Partners.

- incredibly flexible (hybrid, 1 day in person) - great mentorship and guidance - happy employee life and work balance

Cons

- more independent and not much need for regular face-to-face interactions (pro/con depending on your preferences)
