They are stuck in the 40. All upper management. and the people in control are white! The scream diversity but the are FAR from it!!!

We have been measuring Diversity and Inclusion as part of our Employee Engagement Survey for a few years now. In 2020, we introduced our new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and in January of 2021, the committee kicked off manager training courses, speaker series, and consistent company-wide communications to keep us aligned with our core value of being an inclusive and collaborative culture. As a result, our most recent Employee Engagement Survey shows positive improvements on our inclusive culture, but we know there is more work to be done. Receiving employee feedback in real-time helps us create this positive change, and we encourage you to connect with your local HR Business Partner to discuss further the issues which you’ve highlighted.

- more independent and not much need for regular face-to-face interactions (pro/con depending on your preferences)
